At West Green House, we love every performance in our Opera Season and we love the ‘event’ around coming to a performance almost as much – the excitement of arrival, that delicious drink beforehand, browsing through the programme, maybe enjoying something tasty to eat and sharing the pleasure of some wonderful opera.
We also recognise that it may not always be easy to find a guest to bring with you who shares your enthusiasm. But attending a performance on your own – particularly one with a long dining interval – can be a little daunting so to respond to this, we are delighted to introduce ‘The Aria Club at West Green House’ for those choosing to attend any evening performance on their own.
Your visit begins with a personal greeting at our Box Office before being escorted to the Aria Club Table situated in one of our lovely Raj Tents to enjoy a glass of fizz or maybe a summer cocktail. A member of our Opera Team will be on hand should you have any questions and a tour of the Gardens is on offer for those who wish to discover all that West Green has to offer. A West Green House Picnic is included in the ticket price, together with one of our special Opera Programmes as well as your ticket to the performance. You don’t need to bring anything else – we’ll provide tables. chairs, water, cutlery, glasses and a friendly Bar Steward to take any further drinks orders.
If you are a solo opera enthusiast, or maybe a curious first-timer, why not join other ‘soloists’ and enjoy the warmest of welcomes to West Green House Opera? Simply choose your preferred performance and we will take care of everything else.
Aria Club tickets are available for all performances of Die Fledermaus and La Cenerentola for £160 and L’Inganno Felice and Guys and Dolls for £110. Ticket price includes drinks on arrival, a three-course West Green House Opera Picnic, a full Season Programme and the best available seat to the opera of your choice.
All bookings will be handled personally by our Opera Office. Just call 01252 848676.
