Vanilla at West Green House Opera

VanillaWest Green House Opera is delighted to announce a new partnership with the renowned dining company Vanilla who will be providing all fine dining during the 2018 Opera Season. Based in Hampshire, Vanilla provides exceptional and innovative food to prestige clients including the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth, Arundel Castle, the Royal Fleet Review and the Ben Ainslie Americas Cup Team.

Vanilla specialise in using locally sourced ingredients, prepared with care and creativity by specially trained chefs, with particular experience of catering in historic environments.

Menu Choices

Vanilla will be offering two menus for every evening performance during the 2018 Opera Season – a shorter set menu at £58 per head and a full fine dining menu at £75 per head. A full range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are also available.

A delicious canapé menu is also available, for audience members to collect from the fine dining restaurant and take to their chosen picnic spot. Please note that it is not possible to accommodate those ordering canapés only at a table in the fine dining restaurant.

The Lakefield Pavilion will be open for diners each evening from 5pm. First courses will be served before the performance, with main courses and dessert served in the long dining interval.
